Job Description
A large, growing Medical Group in Colorado who specializes in Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care, Assisted Living, Independent Living and Home Visit settings, is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team. The patient population is largely Geriatrics but some adult post-op surgical patients or patients with chronic illnesses that are younger. You will see around 15 ppd.
