- Skilled in preventive care, patient education and promoting overall wellness.
- Assessment and Planning: Perform comprehensive assessments with children & children with Autism, create treatment plans.
- Patient Education: Sick Visits , Wellness Check-Up's, and Immunizations.
- EHR Management: Utilize electronic health records to maintain accurate and current patient information.
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Nevada.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication abilities, and Fluent in Spanish.
