Job Description
Our Nurse Practitioner needs to ideally have a background in orthopedics and collaborate in the developing of patient care that is very customized, based on XRays, MRIs, detailed patient intake and initial exam by the NP. The NP is the bridge to diagnosing, educating and explaining to the patient the root cause of the pain and how our office can resolve the condition without reliance on prescriptions, medications or invasive surgical procedures. The NP will create, with the input of the Chriopractor and Rehab Specialist, the treatment protocol. The NP will offer, as needed, advanced injections like PRP, as well as TPIs, Hyalluronic Acid (gel) injections, as well as utilize DMEs. The NP will stay in touch personally with patients not only through examinations but also by circulating the Rehab floor. Our approach to care is very effective but not traditional, so the role of a successful NP is to help our patients understand how our collaborative and inetgrated approach can be most beneficial.
