About the Position

We are seeking an Ortho Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Outpatient Clinic in La Grande, OR.

Schedule: Four 10-hour days per week.
Facility: A growing and expanding Critical Access Hospital with a newly completed 96,000 sq. ft. addition. This state-of-the-art expansion includes:
- 5 new operating rooms.
- 2 endoscopy suites (convertible to additional ORs).
- 15 pre/post-op rooms.
- 7 PACUs.
Clinic: Located adjacent to the main hospital in the Regional Medical Plaza, featuring:
- On-site x-ray suite.
- 1:1 medical support staffing.
Local Community: Home to a university with an active athletics program.
Employment Details:

About the Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: Highly competitive starting at $142,500+.
Incentives:
- RVU production bonus based on an annual threshold.
- Quality incentives up to $12,500 annually.
