We are looking for an experienced provider that is available to provide NIGHT-SHIFT coverage in a Louisville Occupational Health/Urgent Care outpatient clinic. Provider must have experience in occupational health and urgent care settings. DOT certification is Highly Preferred.

Requirements:
- KY License
- DEA
- BLS
- DOT Highly Preferred
