Shifts:

ASAP-5/23/25-Possibly Ongoing

Mon-Thurs -6:30a-5pm w/ 30 min lunch

*Rotational Friday coverage (2 other providers) from 8-12


DESCRIPTION:

Mid-level provider for Primary Care Location, Acute Episodic and Chronic condition management, annual physicals etc.

Injury evaluation and triage for acute/occ injuries.

Other staff include 2 MAS front desk, PA and HCM/RN


REQUIRED:

· Active WA License

· Board Certified

· BLS/ACLS

COMPENSATION:
