- Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
- Scope: urgent care for ages 2+, pre-employment physicals, scheduled and walk-in work related injuries
- Daily volume: 22 per provider
- EMR: Allscripts
- Experience: 2+ years of advanced practice UC and Occ Med experience
- License and certification: CA lic, DEA, BLS, DOT
