Client seeking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Chicago, IL on November 18, 19, 21, 22, 27. Hours are 11:00am - 7:30pm with a 30-minute break. Provider will see adults for acute care, physicals, and occupational health. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
