Job Description

Client seeking Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment in Chicago, IL from September 24 - November 29. Clinic is open Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 6:00pm. Hours are Tuesday/Thursday/Friday, 6:00am - 6:00pm with a 30-minute break but hours may vary. Provider will see employees for primary care, acute care, and occupational health. Candidates must have 2+ years of occupational health experience to be considered for this assignment.
