Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our well-established nonprofit organization hospital system! As our ideal candidate, you should have a passion for providing exceptional patient care in an outpatient setting, along with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

You’ll be responsible for assisting with new hire physicals/pre-employment exams, fire fighter exams, DOT physicals (training can be provided) and miscellaneous staff health paperwork. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and participate in quality improvement initiatives and other hospital-wide programs.

We require an active and unrestricted NP or PA licensure in New York. Strong clinical and communication skills, proficiency in electronic medical record systems and other relevant technologies, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care and excellent customer service are a must.
