Aug 15, 7am to 3:30pm

Aug 17, 9am to 4:30pm

Aug 18, 12pm to 6pm

Aug 19, 7am to 2:30pm

Aug 20, 8am to 1pm

Aug 22, 7am to 3:30pm

Aug 23, 9am to 4:30pm

Aug 24, 9am to 4:30pm

Aug 25, 12pm to 6pm

Duties: Primary Care, Urgent Care

2.5 patients/hour, employees and dependents only

Ages 2+

No walk-in's

Shift 7:40am to 6:40pm with a 60-minute unpaid lunch

Duties: Primary care, urgent care, occmed

REQUIREMENTS

1 year of experience

Active TN license

BLS Certification

Active DEA
