Humble: asap-8/31 Mon-Fri - wants one provider for full-time- possible ongoing needs
Amarillo: 7/5-8, 7/11-15
Brownsville: 7/5-8
Houston South: 7/6, 7/27
McAllen: 7/11-15
DETAILS
Occupational Medicine clinic
Shift Time - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, less a one-hour unpaid lunch
Full office staff
20-25 Patients per day
DOT, Pre-Employment Physicals and on the job injuries
REQUIREMENTS:
TX State License
DEA
BLS
DOT Certification
One year of experience in Occ Med
