Kent, WA: 6/13-8/31 Mon-Fri 8a-5

Seattle, WA: 6/13-8/31 Mon-Fri 8a-5 and could involve floating to surrounding areas

REQUIREMENTS:

WA Active State License

DEA

BLS

DOT Certification

1 year of OccMed with Workers Comp experience
