Monday – Friday 9a-6p less lunch
1 year experience in Occupational Medicine
DOT Certification required
Full office staff
20-25 Patients per day
DOT, Pre-Employment Physicals and on the job injuries
REQUIREMENTS:
IN State License
DEA
BLS
DOT
