Dates: ASAP - April 18/2022
Shifts: 4/18-7/28 Mon & Thurs only each week: Mon 10a-6p, Thurs 5a-1p (first week provider works will be 4-5 days back-to-back to train/orient)
Local candidates only due to days of the week needed.
Could be a locums or locums-to-perm opportunity.
Worksite Clinic seeing employees and their families
Adult only
Workers Comp/Occupational Medicine experience required
REQUIREMENTS:
Active DE State License
DEA
BLS
Two years of experience required
