Your New Role:

• Position: Hospital Medicine Advanced Practice Clinician (APC)

• Job Duration: Locums (Short term, 2-6 months)

• Patient Population: Hospital medicine patients, 18 patients per provider per day in a 154-bed facility

• Assignment Dates: Starting as soon as credentialed, approx. 5-10 shifts per month

• EMR: Paragon

Requirements:

• State License: Active North Carolina license required

• Experience: Must be skilled in central lines, vent management, and intubations

As a Hospital Medicine APC at our healthcare facility in western North Carolina, you will provide essential care to a diverse patient population in an open ICU setting. You'll work 12-hour day shifts, responding to codes and managing admissions with support from tele-ICU and subspecialty back-up.
