Your New Role:

• Position: Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)

• Job Duration: Locums (3-6 months)

• Patient Population: 17,155 annual patient volume, 12 patients per shift, 27-bed Emergency Department

• Assignment Dates: Specific shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM

• EMR: Paragon

• Competitive Edge: Work in a 111-bed facility with a Level III Trauma Center in the scenic Tri-Cities area, with 12-hour day shifts providing a consistent and manageable patient load

• Incentives: W-2 locums position with pay ranging from $90 to $100 per hour, plus $160 for 12-hour shifts, with all travel and lodging expenses covered

Requirements:

• State License: Washington State Medical License

• Certifications: ACLS, NCCPA certification for PAs; FM or EM board certification for NPs

• Experience: Experience in emergency medicine or a related field; clean files needed for temporary privileges

In this Role:

As a PA or NP at our healthcare facility in Benton County, WA, you'll provide care in a 27-bed Emergency Department, admitting patients without the need for cross coverage or procedures. You’ll work 12-hour day shifts in a dynamic setting, responding to codes for your own patients, ensuring high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
