BC req'd - may consider truly BE
Trauma Level 4 Hospital
Credentialing: approx 60 days, temps possible
REQUIREMENTS
Board Certified. May consider truly Board Eligible
BLS, ACLS and ATLS required – Must be through AHA
Must have WI license
