Full-time Opening for an Experienced Hematology/Oncology APP- 1hr N.E. of Cleveland

Cleveland Clinic affiliated medical center 1 hour NE of Cleveland, OH is searching for an experienced Hematology/Oncology NP or PA to join their team.

• Outpatient practice
• 15-20 Patients Per Day (Outpatient)
• 3-5 Patients Per Day (Hospital)
• Full-time negotiable schedule
• On call 10 days per month
  
• 50% adult population of patients, 50% geriatric population of patients
• 25% Hematology, 75% Oncology
• 2 Physicians in Practice
• EMR - EPIC
• This 186-bed acute care community hospital is fully accredited by the Joint Commission, and is a full-service hospital serving a population of approximately 98,000.
• New patient care tower built in 2024. The 115,000-square-foot, multi-story addition will add 55 new private patient rooms, a new Intensive Care Unit, five new operating rooms and 24 new rooms in the Emergency Department.

• Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• OH License
• BLS/ACLS
• 1+ year clinical experience as NP/PA in Hem/Onc-specific clinic/hospital setting (NOT including RN, training, or general practice/IM/FM experience) is REQUIRED
  
• Procedures: Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters, FNA/Biopsy, Chemotherapy - Intrathecal, Chemotherapy - Intracavitary - Intrapleural/Peritoneal
• Duties: Participation on a Tumor Board, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes
• Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
