Job Opportunity: Adult/Family Nurse Practitioner – Seneca Falls, NY
We are seeking an experienced Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner for a full-time opportunity at a respected Nursing Home in Seneca Falls, NY. The ideal candidate will be kind, caring, and dedicated to delivering high-quality care through long-term relationships with their patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Develop personalized care plans and oversee treatment for residents
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Foster strong relationships with patients and their families to provide continuity of care
Qualifications:
- NP Certification (required)
- New York State Nursing License (required)
- Experience in long-term care preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $115,000 - $135,000
