Inpatient Nurse Practitioner - Flexible Schedule - Excellent Earning Potential - Jacksonville, FL

HNI Healthcare is currently seeking a nurse practitioner to join the North Florida Post-Acute Team, servicing PAM Health Specialty Hospital in Jacksonville. Practicing and new graduate NP’s to be considered for this full-time position rounding at this long-term acute care and outpatient rehabilitation center.

This opportunity features:

• Monday – Friday & every other weekend coverage
• Flexible schedule – 8 am – 5 pm
• Provider driven schedule allows for exceptional quality of life practice
• Average 15-20 daily patient encounters
• No procedures
• WRVU based incentive model - $150K+ earning potential
• Collaborative care approach between Physicians and APPs
• Good subspecialty support
