LOCATION: Farmington, CT
JOB TYPE: 1099 Locums position

DESCRIPTION:
· Need- ASAP- 9/1/2025, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
· Follow ups and new patients- patient calls, result interpretation, implement plan of care
· General GI visits- 10 patients per day
· EMR EPIC
REQUIRED:
· Active CT license
· Board Certified
· Certifications- BLS and DEA
· Highly prefer local candidates
COMPENSATION:
· Competitive Market Rate
· Malpractice coverage provided
