SPECIALTY: Urgent Care and Family Practice NP
LOCATION: Hart County, KY
TYPE: 1099 Locums agreement
Dates/Shifts needed:
12/16 - 12/18 Hours: Monday & Wednesday- 7am – 4pm & Tuesday- 9am – 6pm
Outpatient/Primary Care for Employees and Family
Patients: Avg. 10-15 PPD, ages 2 and up
Procedures: Suturing preferred, but not required; mostly acute care
Requirements:
Active license in KY
Minimum of 3 years of outpatient, clinical experience (as an NP, PA, Physician) in a Primary Care and/or Urgent Care setting.
Must be comfortable working independently
DEA required
BLS req'd
BC req'd
Privileges: Approximately 2-3 weeks
