Dates- ASAP- 3/22/25, Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, 7am-6pm
All ages 2 and older
Experience with chronic condition, acute visits, procedures, and pap smears.
EMR- EPIC
REQUIREMENTS
Active IN License
Active Board Certification
Certification- BLS
1 year of NP primary care experience
