Rock Spring, Georgia, 30739, FNP or MD/DO - ages 2 plus
1/22 - 5/2/25 minus fed holidays
Mon, Wed 9am to 6pm
Tues, Thurs 6:30am to 3:30pm
Fridays 5am to 2pm
Employee Health Clinic - seeing employees and their dependents 2 years plus
REQUIRED:
· GA state license; active, unrestricted
· Board Certified
· Certifications- ACLS and BLS
