- Dates: June 16 for 3 months with possibility of extension
- Scope: L&I physicals, flu-like symptoms, animal bites, broken bones, minor burns, coughs, colds
- Work schedule: M-F 9am-6pm
- Daily volume: 20
- Requirements: active WA lic, DEA, ACLS, BLS
