- Preferred Schedule: Mon/Wed/Thurs from 6a-6p (30)
- Worksite Setting: Occ Med and Primary Care Outpatient- Employee Health Clinic
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IL licensure, IL CSR, BLS, DEA. Must be able to see all ages and must be able to splint and suture and minor procedures
- EMR: EPIC
- Pay Rate Preferred: $70-$75 per hour plus expenses
