Job Description
Strong and Reputable Healthcare system located in San Jose, CA currently looking to add a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with at least 1 year of experience to their Outpatient Primary Care team.
Work alongside an experienced team of providers with a Monday-Friday schedule. No call or weekend work required, and you’d treat patients of all ages in the clinic.
Job duties/functions include providing treatment through use of medications, managing acute and chronic conditions, and providing preventative care to patients. You'd be responsible for physical exams, histories, ordering diagnostic tests, and more.
