Primary Care NP or PA

Specialty accepted: Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Certified Nurse Midwife
Start date: ASAP – Ongoing
Shifts requested: 7:45am – 4:00pm ; 8:45am – 5:00pm
Practice setting: Outpatient Clinic
Patient load: 15 – 20 patients per day
Ages: All ages
Procedures required: Women’s care, birth control, STD screens
Requirements: BLS, DEA, CSR (if applicable), Board Certified, COVID vaccination + booster if eligible
Other: Minimum 3 shifts per week required; this is a float position between sites and provider must be willing to float; EPIC EMR (training available); 30-minute unpaid lunch; support staff includes RN, Manager, and Assistant Manager; supervising MD available if required; credentialing estimated at 2–3 weeks.
