Primary Care NP or PA

Specialty accepted: Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant
Start date: April 17th – Ongoing
Shifts requested: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Practice setting: Primary Care Clinic
Patient load: 18 to 20 patients per day
Ages: All ages
Procedures required: Simple suturing, INDs, toenail removal (preferred), chronic care
Requirements: PALS, DEA (CSR), active MO license, Board Certified, 2–3 years of Family Practice experience, Medicare/Medicaid number required with presentation
Other: Will work autonomously with collaborative physician available by phone; supported by MA and receptionist; Cerner EMR with training provided; 1-hour scheduled lunch; will consider two local part-time providers; travel and lodging covered; credentialing can be completed within 1 week if provider is setup with Medicare/Medicaid.
