Job Description
Locums NP/PA opportunity in Dallas, TX to cover a Family Practice clinic for dates in May, June, and July.
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Must have atleast 2+ yrs exp in Family Practice
- May 5-9, 12-16, 19-23
- June 9-13, 16-18, 20 (closed for June 19 Juneteenth)
- July 1-3 (closed for July 4 Independence Day), 21-25
- Will see all ages from infants to adults
- 16-20 patients per day
- Will have an RN and MA's for support
- Must have CPR, active TX license, vaccine records (MMR, Hep B, and varicella series, flu, TDAP, COVID-19, and annual TB)
