Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: ASAP - on going Long term
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
- Worksite Setting: outpatient clinic,
- Scope of Work: 18 patients a day, mix of peds & adults. 1 RN and 2 MA's. will see well women care, IUD insertion / removal, New born in first 30 days, to adult care, could include chronic pain management, Another physician & APP will be on site with this locum provider
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA license, DEA, BLS, boarded FNP or PA
- EMR: EPIC
