Primary Care NP

Specialty accepted: Nurse Practitioner
Start date: ASAP - Ongoing
Shifts requested: 4-hour shifts (1-2 per week); Available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (EST), or Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (EST)
Practice setting: Home Health
Patient load: No more than 2 patients per hour
Ages: Primarily adults
Procedures required: In-home primary care, annual wellness visits, physical exams, flu, diabetes, chronic care, asthma, depression, flu vaccines, allergies.
Requirements: Active New Jersey NP licensure, Minimum 1 year of NP experience, Experience with in-home physicals and patient visits, Proof of Car Insurance, CPR certification, Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license, BLS.
Other: Solo practice. EMR: Internal system (training provided). Credentialing timeframe: 2-4 weeks.
