Job Description
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) needed for a locum tenens assignment in south central VT.
- Work Dates Needed: 4/21 - 7/17/25
- Preferred Schedule: Mon, Tues, Thursday 8:30a - 4:30p. This position can be worked separately or in conjunction with position #79614 which has hours on Wednesdays at a different site
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient Clinic
- Scope of Work: 6+ Family medicine, acute and primary care
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: VT license, CPR/BLS, Highest degree diploma
- EMR: Athena
- Pay Rate Preferred: $80.00 plus expenses
