Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) needed for a Locum Tenens assignment in Midland County MI
- Work Dates Needed: 4/11, 4/15-4/18, 4/22-4/25, 4/29-5/2, 5/ 6-5/9, 5/13-5/16, 5/20-5/23, 5/27-5/30,6/3-6/6, 6/10-6/13, 6/17-6/20, 6/24-6/27, 7/1-7/3, 7/8-7/11, 7/15-7/18, 7/22-7/25
- Schedule: Off Mondays; Tues and Thurs 8am - 6pm; Wed and Fri 7am-5pm (lunch would be different each day but will be allowed a 1 hour lunch. Hours would be 36 per week.
- Worksite Setting: Onsite facility. Outpatient Family Medicine clinic
- Scope of Work: Family Medicine seeing ages 2 and up
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: current MI license, DEA, BLS, TB and Drug Screen
- EMR: EPIC or MD-Scripts
- Pay: $80.00 per hour plus expenses
