Primary Care MD or NP

Specialty accepted: Prefers MD, but will accept FNP, ANP, GNP, PA
Start date or shifts: Mon - Friday 8 am to 6 pm | 5 to 8 assessments per day
Practice setting: Home Health
Types of procedures: In-home health and wellness assessments for health insurance plans. H&P evaluations. Will review medications/dosages, perform physicals, check blood pressure, finger stick, obtain urine samples, and leave fecal kits for patient use.
Number of patients: 5 to 8 assessments per day
Ages: Geriatrics
Requirements: Must be willing to travel at least 75 miles. Minimum 3 consecutive days per week every week or 2 full weeks per month availability. Provider must commit to availability submitted.

Benefits: Malpractice insurance coverage; weekly electronic pay; potential travel and lodging benefits; earn $1,000 per referral.
