Job Description
Cross Country locums is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for an assignment north of Phoenix AZ.
- Work Dates Needed: Mid-March for 13 weeks with option to extend
- Preferred Schedule: 4 10's per week.
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient- Urgent Care Clinic
- Scope of Work: Illnesses and injuries, urgent care duties
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active AZ license, BLS, DEA. At least 3 years experience working in an Urgent Care or Emergency Dept setting.
- EMR: CPSI
- Pay: $80.00-$85.00 per hour plus travel and lodging
