1099 Contract Position
Looking for one provider to cover a full time need/Outpatient Clinic
Start Date: pending credentialing for 3 to 6 months with the option to extend
Monday thru Friday, 8am to 6pm
Details
Required: ambulatory outpatient oncology experience
100% Adult
Avg office visits per day 10
New consults 2
Requirements
- OR License
- EPIC EMR experience preferred
- Board Certified/prefer Oncology Certification
- BLS & DEA
- Computer, telephone; knowledge of Epic and MS Teams, Outlook are helpful.
Hospital privileges are required as the infusion room is a hospital outpatient department
