Job Description
Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment starting January 27-February 24 at their onsite Corporate Health clinics in Shelbyville and Anderson, IN. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Tuesday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break, with 2 days worked in Shelbyville and 2 days worked in Anderson (clinics are 44 miles apart). Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment; Epic EMR and telehealth experience is preferred.
