Advanced Practice Provider Opportunity in Palm Desert, CA

Are you a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) seeking a rewarding career in a supportive and thriving healthcare environment? Our recruitment team is working with a premier practice in Palm Desert, CA, to find a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to join their strong team in a bread-and-butter primary care setting.

Position Highlights:

100% outpatient primary care—no call!
Focus on adults (18+) with a significant senior patient base (65%).
Monday through Friday, 4.5 days per week (goal to transition to 4 days/week).
Manageable patient volume of 16-18 patients/day.
Open to new graduates and experienced providers alike.
