Client seeking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for PRN shifts in Tempe, AZ on January 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31. Hours are 7:00am-3:30pm with a 30-minute break. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care and acute care. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
