Start Date or Shifts Requested: ASAP – ongoing
Schedule: 4-hour shifts, flexible needs 1-2 per week. Available days: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, or Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Home Health
Depends on appointments booked, no more than 2 patients per hour.
All ages seen
Typical procedures: In-Home primary care, Annual wellness visits, physical exams, flu, diabetes, chronic care, asthma, depression, flu vaccines, and allergies.
Requirements: active state license, previous experience with in-home physicians and patient visits, Board Certification- NP, a minimum of 1 year experience as practicing NP, BLS, proof of car insurance and valid drivers license.
