Job Description

Client seeking Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment in Phoenix, AZ on December 23, 26, 27, 30, January 2, 3. Hours are Monday, 7:00am - 5:00pm; Thursday, 9:00am - 6:00pm; Friday, 8:00am - 12:00pm. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care and acute care. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
