Job Description

Specialty accepted: FNP

Start date: January 2025 - ongoing; 6 month initial commitment

Daily schedule: M-F 8:30am-5pm; 30 minute lunch

Shifts: Full time preferred but will consider part time, minimum 24 hours per week.

Job details:
Practice setting: Outpatient Primary Care
Types of cases: Family practice including children from 5 years old to elderly. Chronic care. No procedures.
# of cases a day: 18
Ages: 5-100
