Job Description
Client seeking Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment in Frankfort, KY at several locations on December 2 and 26. Hours on December 2 are 8:00am - 12:00pm at Location A and 1:00pm - 4:00pm at Location B. Hours on December 26 are 8:00am - 12:00pm at Location C and 1:00pm - 4:00pm at Location A. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care, acute care, physicals, and wellness visits. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
