Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant PA-C needed for Locum Tenens in Phoenix AZ
- Work Dates Needed: PRN Dates
- Preferred Schedule: 8a-5p, Monday-Friday
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient Onsite Health Clinic
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active AZ license, BLS and DEA. DOT preferred. Occ Med/Urgent Care/Ortho background.
- EMR: Systoc
- Pay Rate Preferred: $75-$80 per hour plus mileage. Local candidates only
