Start Date or Shifts Requested: ASAP - Ongoing
Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5pm; 30 minute lunch
Job Details
Practice Setting: Outpatient Primary Care
Types of Cases: Family practice including children from 5 years old to elderly. Chronic care. No procedures. ***needs to be able to see children
Ages: 5-100
Requirements: ALS, BLS, DEA, CSR, BC, Medicaid/Medicare (Would be helpful to already have)
PPD: 18
EMR: E-clinical works (ECW) – training provided, if needed Benefits
Travel and lodging limited.
