Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for PRN shifts in Louisville, KY on October 16, November 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, December 6, 13, 20, 27, January 3, 10, 17, 24, 31. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care and acute care. Hours are 12:00pm - 5:00pm. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care and acute care. Candidates must 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
