Dates- 11/4/2024- 4/11/2025, Mon- Fri, 8-5

Employee Health Clinic- Outpatient setting

6-9 patients per day

EMR: Athena

REQUIRED:

WA state license; active, unrestricted

Active Board Certified

Certifications- BLS and/or ACLS

2-3 years of NP experience in Primary Care

COMPENSATION:

Competitive Market Rate

Malpractice insurance provided

OPEN SHIFTS:

Dates- 11/4/2024- 4/11/2025, Mon- Fri, 8-5, personal leave coverage
