Setting: on-site employee health clinic
Dates coverage needed: ASAP – Nov 29 with possibility of extension
Scope: seeing all ages for physicals, sick visits, chronic conditions
Schedule: M-F 8a-4:30p
Daily volume: average 10-12
EMR: Epic
Requirements: active CA license, DEA, BLS, 2 ys of NP exp
Pay rate: $80 per hour
